About Mexican Jacket

Hello.
A rare product introduction.

As I say every time, I will try to introduce them when I have time from now on.
There is a wide variety of content, but I feel like a blog is the easiest way to convey what you want to say.

In my early twenties, when I knew even less about things than I do now, I started going to America to buy second-hand clothes, and my main sources of supply were Colorado and New Mexico (southwest) and Portland and Seattle (west).
I still love this area, so I still go there all the time.

I started going there without really knowing much about it, but when it comes to fashion, what I've always loved is things that have a handcrafted feel, like Chimayo vests and Mexican jackets.
Right now I think it looks good to add a little something to a simple style.

Even if the size or style changes, I'm still interested in them.
Visually not modern, the pieces have the warmth that only handmade items can offer, and each design is unique and one of a kind.

However, the vintage versions of both are generally small.
Up until now, I have been collecting and selling Mexican jackets.
Ladies or kids sizes.
They probably don't have any for men, so please let me know if there are any.
As they are also called Souvenir Jackets, they are souvenirs that Americans buy when they go to Mexico.

Therefore, it is assumed that the balls are only held by Americans who have traveled to Mexico or who received them from such people, and that the number of balls available is not that large.
What's more, it's extremely expensive in America today.
But I do agree that it has a special feeling to it and is attractive.
They are old and were made by hand by people at the time.

Well, the Mexican jacket, which was very popular last year, is now in stock.
I placed an order this time as well, but only in black, which can be worn in a chic style.
The fabric and production are from Japan, and the embroidery is from Mexico.

"OAXACA" SOUVENIR JACKET (BLACK)
Size: One Size

I love the handcrafted feel that only hand embroidery can give.
As with last year, it has proven quite popular in the store, and before we knew it we only had one left, but the additional stock arrived just the other day, or rather, I went to pick it up.
It seems that production is very unstable.

The black color means you can easily throw it on for a simple style that goes with any color pants.
It's surprisingly easy.

Jeans, chinos, slacks, anything.
It goes well with straight, wide and flared silhouettes.
There are a wide variety of options for innerwear, but turtlenecks and knitted polos seem like good choices.
If you're feeling bored with the recent trend towards simplicity, you should definitely give this a try.

I heard this recently when a customer from overseas came to visit and made a purchase.
Apparently, overseas, this image from a certain movie has become a fashion icon, and some people are searching for it.

Even though I'd seen it before, the other scenes had such a strong impact on me that I didn't even notice it.
It's so flashy.
Please excuse the poor quality as it is an old image.

By the way, the story takes place in Colorado.
Since it's closer to Mexico, I guess a lot of people go there for vacations.
It's wonderful to see people of that time wearing Mexican jackets as fashion.

Why not try something more modern and fashionable?
It has an exquisite balance that can be worn by both men and women.

Well then!!
