Description based on the Secondhand Goods Business Law

Under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, secondhand goods dealers engaged in the business of buying, selling, and exchanging secondhand goods cannot operate without obtaining permission from the prefectural public safety commission.
Lakewood Clothing has obtained permission from the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission to conduct secondhand goods sales as described below.

Application expiration date

Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Defective Products

If a product is defective within 7 days of arrival, we will replace or repair it.

We try to describe the condition of the products in as much detail as possible, but due to the nature of vintage and second-hand products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to minor stains or dirt.

If there is any major damage not mentioned in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that if the product is returned to our store due to an extended absence, refusal to accept the product, etc., we will charge you all shipping costs (actual cost) for both ways, as well as packaging fees, legal consultation fees, business guarantees, and other costs associated with the claim.

Due to the nature of our products, almost all of them are one-of-a-kind.

    Returns Policy

    Returns and exchanges of products will not be accepted except in the case of initial defects.

    Please make sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will exchange the product at our expense. If the product is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash on delivery fee after you return the product at our expense.

    We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience .

    Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    ・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product's box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost

    All of the products we handle meet the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.

    Return Shipping Fee

    In the event of initial defects or incorrectly shipped items, we will handle the matter by cash on delivery.
