Under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, any secondhand dealer engaged in business activities such as the buying and selling or exchange of secondhand goods must obtain a permit from the Prefectural Public Safety Commission.
Lakewood Clothing operates its secondhand business with a permit obtained from the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission as described below.

Order Validity Period
Orders remain valid for 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days after placing your order, we will assume you no longer wish to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.
Defective Products
For initial defects that occur within 7 days of the product's arrival, we will provide a replacement or repair.
※Because many of our items are secondhand, due to their nature, almost all items are one-of-a-kind.
While we describe the condition of products as accurately as possible, due to the nature of vintage or used products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for minor stains or dirt. We also do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer preferences such as size or image discrepancies.
If there is significant damage not mentioned in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
Please be advised that if a product is returned to our store due to long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, etc., we will charge for all costs incurred, including round-trip shipping (actual costs), packaging fees, legal consultation fees, and business loss compensation.
Sales Quantity
As many of our items are secondhand, due to their nature, almost all are one-of-a-kind.
Please note that items may sell out depending on timing.
Additionally, some listed items may also be displayed and sold in our physical store.
Therefore, there may be cases where we cancel and refund your order after it has been placed. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance (this applies to certain products).
For some items, such as pre-order products, we may set a maximum quantity limit.
Delivery Time
Orders will be delivered within 7 days after placement.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of initial defects.
Please be sure to inspect the product for any defects immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that the product has a defect or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will handle the exchange at our own shipping expense. If an item cannot be exchanged due to being sold out, discontinued, or limited, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after you return the item at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Items more than 8 days after delivery ・Items used by the customer ・Items damaged or soiled by the customer ・Items processed or repaired by the customer ・Items where accessories such as the box, tags, or manuals have been soiled, damaged, or lost
All items handled meet the manufacturer's quality standards and comply with the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors.
Return Shipping Fees
In cases of initial defects or shipping errors, we will accept returns via cash-on-delivery.
