Under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, secondhand goods dealers engaged in the business of buying, selling, and exchanging secondhand goods cannot operate without obtaining permission from the prefectural public safety commission.
Lakewood Clothing has obtained permission from the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission to conduct secondhand goods sales activities as described below.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size or product being different from what you expected.
If there is any significant damage not mentioned in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that if the product is returned to our store due to a long absence or refusal to accept the product, we will charge you all the costs related to the claim, including the round-trip shipping fee (actual cost), packaging fee, legal consultation fee, business guarantee, etc.

    About returns

    Returns and exchanges of products will not be accepted except in the case of initial defects.

    Please be sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the product at our expense. If an exchange is not possible, such as for sold-out, discontinued, or limited edition items, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after you return the product at our expense.
