As a general rule, all international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) .
Please note that shipments to the United States will be delivered via DHL or FedEx .
Domestic deliveries within Japan are shipped via Sagawa Express .

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 days after the order has been received. However, depending on the circumstances of the carrier or the destination country, delays may occur, and certain regions may not be eligible for delivery.
Please be aware that Lakewood Clothing is not responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping.

Additionally, for customers using a credit card for the first time, billing information confirmation is required. Your order will not be shipped until this confirmation is completed.

*In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International deliveries are exempt from Korean consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added.

When ordering goods from Lakewood Clothing internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Lakewood Clothing is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. Lakewood Cloth you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.

NO REFUNDS
