"ANTIQUE"
In SZ's imagined world, it is important to fuse elements that are seemingly unexpected at first glance. However, they have strange contrasts, yet they are mysteriously in harmony. The perfect example of this is the "antique shop."

Antique shops are lined with various items that were once part of someone's memories or past, and are then discovered by unknown people and added to their collections. Each item is different, but they mysteriously blend into the same space.

For this collection, we have handpicked some of our favourite antique objects, illustrated them and embroidered them into designs, with each object having its own unique character whilst following a unified colour scheme.

To add another dimension and bring the collection together, the pieces have been machine repaired using organic patches and tonal stitching, often found on vintage workwear, to create a more worn-in look. The placement of the repairs is based on the natural distressing that occurs on real garments after years of wear.
