Introducing the BLACKBIRD "Director's Work Trouser" (Brown).
The "director’s work trouser" was crafted with reference to vintage European work trousers.

After much trial and error to ensure a beautiful silhouette regardless of body type, we have finished these with a bold, wide silhouette that provides extra room around the waist.

While they feature the generous fabric volume typical of work trousers, the overall balance has been meticulously adjusted so that they look refined when worn. They are not just wide; they are a pair that creates a three-dimensional expression through movement.

The waist is equipped with suspender buttons, allowing you to wear them with your own suspenders. You can enjoy a different silhouette and a more classic look than with standard belt styling.

Elements evoking handiwork, such as the custom-made cinch back hardware and the stitch work on the hems, are incorporated into the fine details.

It firmly supports the bold form while allowing for natural movement and expression as you wear them.

Despite their roots in workwear, they possess an elegant presence that doesn't lean too heavily toward casual.
Personally, I find them easy to pair with various tops and shoes.
These are trousers you can wear for a long time as a staple of your daily styling.

As the shop owner, I often wear wide pants, so I personally love these. They have an exquisite balance that makes them wide without looking sloppy, and the fabric is tough, so I plan to wear them in and enjoy how they age. Personally, I recommend the Brown version of these pants because I love the fabric even more.

Seeing the finished product, first and foremost, I am very pleased.
It is a wide, three-dimensional silhouette with movement, not just simple width. Everything from the pattern and fabric selection to the original accessories clicked perfectly together.

I want to wear my favorite bottoms every day. Beyond the silhouette and fabric, I also look for versatility and durability in my bottoms. The kind of pants that make you look good regardless of what you pair them with, so you don't have to think about what to wear every morning. I feel like those are the bottoms I end up wearing most often and that remain in my wardrobe the longest.

Perhaps that is what defines a "good pair of bottoms" for me.
