It's a padded fireman's jacket.
I don't know the brand, but it seems a little rough compared to a typical firefighter's jacket.
Thanks to the padding, it also has excellent heat retention.
The white stitching is a nice touch and pairs really well with the cheap-looking nylon.
It's a useful light outerwear.
