Detail:

A deadstock plaid work shirt from BIG MAC, circa the 1970s.
We have unearthed a batch of 5 pieces.
BIG MAC was a private brand developed by the long-established American department store J.C. Penney. It is a brand that supported the lives of the American people for many years, focusing on durable and practical workwear.

This piece is in deadstock condition, with the original paper tag still attached.

The plaid pattern features a pale sax blue base with layered lines of navy and vibrant blue.

The depth created by the intersecting lines of varying thicknesses, combined with the refreshing color scheme, makes this piece truly appealing.

Flap pockets with diagonal-patterned fabric are placed on both sides of the chest. While it features practical details typical of a work shirt, it has an elegant and refined appearance.

Made from a polyester and cotton blend fabric.

Featuring the "NO-IRON" specification that symbolized the easy-care trend of that era, this shirt is wrinkle-resistant and easy to handle for daily wear.

With a comfortably relaxed silhouette and a gentle round hem, it pairs well with a wide range of bottoms, from slacks to denim, and works great both as a standalone piece or as an inner layer.

An unused item that still retains its original paper tag after all these years.

Please enjoy the vibrant blue hues and the unique fabric texture that only a deadstock item can offer.
