熊本、ありがとうございました。

Thank you, Kumamoto.

At the end of the Bon Festival, Kumamoto is scorching hot.
The fourth pop-up has been successfully completed.
We would like to thank Baumkuchen for providing the venue, Bar Kansuibashi for providing the drinks, and everyone who came out in the heat.
Thank you very much.

There were more visitors than we expected, and it got a bit chaotic halfway through, but it was still fun, as we saw some regular customers as well as some people we hadn't seen in a while.
Time was tight, so this is the only photo I took in Kumamoto city.

Shingetsu noodles from Shingetsu in Tsuboi, which I missed last time.
It's summer, so chill it.
The unique firm noodles were excellent.
The taste was exceptional, making up for the years of delay.
Next time I'll try the warm version.

Also, I missed this place last time, but I was able to go this time.
My soul food is Muneyuki 's pork bone ramen.

If you are visiting Kumamoto, this is a must-do.

The next event is scheduled to be held in Kumamoto in mid-November.
Go to Baumkuchen, have a meal and drinks at Shingetsu, then head to Bar Kansuibashi.

See you next time!!
