If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled, but if you wish to cancel, please contact us at "info@southstoreokinawa.com". In addition, your order is not confirmed until payment is confirmed, and if the product is sold out before payment is made, it will be canceled.

Smartphone payments:

Returns Policy

Please make sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will exchange the product at our expense. If the product is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash on delivery fee after you return the product at our expense.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience .

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product's box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
